- Design and development of customized hydraulic Cylinders.
- Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis with GD&T;, Design FMEA etc.
- Support other team members by fostering a team-oriented, growth-oriented environment to enhance team capabilities
- Drive the execution of assigned project/tasks, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
- Generate ideas and implement product and process cost reduction topics
