Position: Sr. Engineer - Production & Planning

Location: Vapi

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

- Good understanding of production planning and shop-floor management.
- Ability to optimize manpower and machine utilization.
- Knowledge of Quality Management, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under production targets and time constraints.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting systems.
- Robust focus on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.

Required Skills:

- Achievement of daily and monthly production targets.





- On-time completion of production schedules.
- Assembly-line efficiency and productivity improvement.
- Reduction in rejection, rework, downtime, and material wastage.
- Optimum manpower and machine utilization.
- Improvement in product quality and process compliance.
- Reduction in manufacturing costs and production losses.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical

Salary: Upto 8.00 LPA
