Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to support business operations and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, maintaining dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and helping teams make data-driven decisions through reliable reporting and analysis. Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
• Monitor key business metrics and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Create recurring MIS reports for various stakeholders
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports




• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support operational and business needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
• Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data sources Qualifications

Experience:
2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or
• Looker).

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative
• field. (Master’s is a plus)
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivots, data cleaning)
