Experience:
3–5 years We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial professional to build and scale enterprise partnerships at Floatr. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in corporate business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales, preferably in HR Tech, HR services, Payroll solutions, or Employee Benefits. In this role, you will build relationships with HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards leaders across enterprises, helping organizations introduce and scale employee-focused financial wellness solutions. These include Corporate NPS, Retirement Planning, and other Financial Planning initiatives. You should understand enterprise HR priorities around employee financial wellness, tax optimization, and benefits structuring, with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, develop long-term partnerships,



and convert opportunities into business. We’re looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a business-first mindset and the drive to create meaningful impact in a growing fintech company.
