Role Description The Marketing Tele Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based at Assure Clinic in Mumbai. The individual in this role will make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote hair and skin care services, explain treatment offerings, and answer basic inquiries. Daily tasks include following up on leads, maintaining detailed records of calls and customer interactions, and scheduling appointments in coordination with clinic staff. The Marketing Tele Caller will also support marketing campaigns by gathering feedback,



sharing information on promotions, and helping improve client engagement and conversion. Collaboration with the reception and marketing teams is required to ensure a smooth experience for clients and consistent communication of the clinic’s services. Qualifications
• Robust verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
• Customer service and client relationship skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns respectfully.
• Basic sales and marketing abilities, such as lead follow-up, persuasion, and explaining services and offers effectively.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Comfort with using phones, computers, and clinic software or CRM tools for recording and tracking interactions.
• Ability to work in office in Mumbai and collaborate with clinic teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare/clinic settings is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; a higher qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
