THE ROLE We are looking for a chef who can cook authentic Nepali–Himalayan vegetarian food for a client's Diwali sit-down dinner — and for the events that follow. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Plan and prepare the full menu, purely vegetarian. Source fresh, authentic ingredients — gundruk, bamboo shoot, millets and more. Cook everything fresh, on site, in the client's kitchen. Plate and serve each course, course by course. Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, and leave it as you found it.



Coordinate with our team on timing and the client's preferences. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Proven skill in Nepali and Himalayan cooking — Newari, Thakali and mountain styles. A strong pure-vegetarian repertoire and a well-balanced thali. Experience with multi-course, plated, sit-down dinners. Comfortable working in a home kitchen, independently or with a helper. Hygiene, punctuality and a qualified, discreet manner. Willing to be background-verified and to sign an NDA. NICE TO HAVE Uttarakhand cooking — Garhwali–Kumaoni dishes such as kafuli, gahat and mandua roti. Festival and house-party catering experience. Strong presentation and plating skills.

WHAT WE OFFER
₹ 5,000–₹ 15,000 per event for the lead chef, based on the menu — with ongoing event work. Support with menu planning and ingredient sourcing. A steady flow of clients across our cities.
