We are looking for an experienced AML/KYC professional who can deliver interactive training sessions and help learners understand how financial crime compliance works in real banking environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct live online AML/KYC training sessions for beginners and working professionals.
• Explain KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions, PEP screening, adverse media, and corporate KYC using practical examples.
• Teach transaction monitoring, suspicious activity identification, alert investigations, and risk-based decision-making.
• Create practical exercises, case studies, quizzes, and assessments.
• Help learners understand how to investigate cases, document findings, and prepare investigation narratives.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Support mock interviews and job-readiness activities when required. Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in AML,



KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring, or financial crime investigations.
• Solid understanding of CDD, EDD, UBO verification, sanctions screening, and customer risk assessment.
• Experience working with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, or compliance operations teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple English.
• Availability to conduct weekend live sessions.
• Prior training, SME, QA, or team leadership experience is preferred.
• CAMS, ICA, or other relevant certifications are an advantage, not mandatory.
