Team members collaborate with international partners on a variety of complex and technically detailed projects. Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Business Development role based in Gurgaon. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline for international clients, and promoting our steel detailing services. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategies, and providing training or guidance to internal team members on sales best practices. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet targets.
• Candidates should possess Training capabilities to support onboarding and development of team members in sales processes and client management.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in engineering, construction, or steel detailing services, is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple prospects simultaneously, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must have cold calling experience.
