3-5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst / Business Analyst to act as a bridge between our business and development teams, specifically focusing on ETL processes and Power BI reporting. The ideal candidate will possess robust data analysis skills, be adept at creating visual mockups, and have a keen eye for data validation on developed reports. This role is crucial for ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and that the final reports meet the highest standards of quality and usability.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for data analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that ETL processes align with business needs.
• Create visual mockups and prototypes to communicate data insights and reporting solutions effectively.
• Perform data validation on developed reports to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
• Work as a scrum/backlog manager
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.




• Provide training and support to end-users on report usage and data interpretation.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and reporting methodologies. Mandatory

Skills:
• Understanding of business intelligence best practices.
• Strong expertise in Data Analysis, including proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Basic Experience in Power BI for report creation and data visualization.
• Ability to create visual mockups and prototypes for data reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders. Preferred

Skills:
• Basic experience with SQL

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business analysis.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a data-driven environment.
