POSITION OVERVIEW As an Oro Delivery Consultant, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technology and business requirements for our clients globally — defining and configuring the ORO Platform and the integrations it needs with clients’ IT landscape, including systems such as:
• The major ERPs (primarily SAP)
• S2P front-end applications, including Ariba, Coupa, Icertis, Conga, Jaggaer, Ivalua, and Fieldglass
• Compliance systems
• Collaboration systems
• No-code integration platforms You will leverage your expertise in these applications, along with strong procurement business process knowledge, to design, configure, and implement our Procurement Intake and Orchestration tool — ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and helping clients unlock the full potential of their IT investments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead or support implementation of our SaaS-based Procurement Orchestration tool in large enterprise environments across the Globe.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful rollouts.
• Act as a subject matter expert on SAP and one or more procurement systems (Ariba, Coupa, Icertis, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Conga, or Fieldglass), across modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize the ORO Platform, and advise clients on changes required in SAP and their procurement systems, ensuring seamless integration with the orchestration platform.
• Design and build integrations using no-code middleware platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to system integrations, data flow, and process automation.
• Provide hands-on support across all phases of implementation — from design and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail from an end user’s perspective. AI AGENTS & ORCHESTRATION This role also has room to grow into building the AI-driven side of our platform. You’ll work directly with a senior Delivery Consultant to design and stand up AI agents and orchestration workflows that automate procurement tasks — things like invoice validation, exception handling, and supplier data checks — on top of tools like Workato and SAP.
• Build and maintain AI agents and orchestration logic (e.g., custom Python steps within Workato recipes) that automate procurement workflows such as invoice validation, exception handling, and data reconciliation.
• Partner with senior Delivery Consultants and the product/engineering team to identify manual or repetitive client workflows suited to AI agent automation, and turn them into working orchestration logic.
• Test, monitor, and refine AI agent outputs against client business rules to ensure accuracy, reliability, and auditability before they go live.




• Document agent/orchestration logic clearly so it can be maintained, extended, and handed off across the delivery team. QUALIFICATIONS
• 6–10 years of experience implementing SAP and one or more procurement systems (Ariba, Coupa, Icertis, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Conga, or Fieldglass) in large enterprise environments, preferably in the US or Europe.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in SAP (MM, SRM, or related modules) and procurement platforms spanning Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Deep understanding of procurement business processes, supplier management, and integration with ERP systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end procurement solutions in complex, multi-system environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS solutions and integration methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Basic scripting ability (e.g., Python) and curiosity about AI agents and LLM-based automation, with willingness to learn orchestration tooling on the job. PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience implementing orchestration layers or middleware for procurement processes.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and API integration.
• Experience across multiple procurement systems beyond SAP (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Icertis, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Conga, Fieldglass).
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or consulting environment.
• Hands-on exposure to AI agent frameworks, prompt engineering, or LLM orchestration tools, and/or experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato (including writing custom logic within recipes). WHY JOIN US?
