About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own our LOS / LMS / CBS product group, serving Co-operative Banks and Co-operative Credit Societies. Our product portfolio spans three groups — Fintech & Lending Products, Add-on Solutions, and CBS — and this role carries end-to-end ownership of the CBS product line: vision, roadmap, releases, regulatory alignment, and commercial success. Our go-to-market is a mix of direct sales and channel partners across India and international markets, so the role also involves equipping sales teams and partners to position, demonstrate, and implement the product effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the LOS / LMS / CBS product line for co-operative banks (UCBs, DCCBs, StCBs) and co-operative credit societies, NBFCs
• Manage the full product lifecycle: market research, requirement definition (PRDs/user stories), prioritisation, release planning, and go-live support, working closely with engineering, QA, and implementation teams.
• Track and translate regulatory and statutory requirements affecting the co-operative banking sector (RBI, NABARD, state co-operative acts, audit and reporting norms) into timely product updates.
• Own functional depth across core modules — deposits (SB/CA/FD/RD), loans, share capital and membership, GL and financial reporting, clearing, KYC/AML, locker, and statutory/regulatory reports.
• Drive integration strategy with the payments ecosystem (UPI, IMPS, NEFT/RTGS via sponsor banks, BBPS, micro-ATM/AEPS) and with our Add-on Solutions and Lending product groups.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis in the co-operative banking technology space and define differentiation and pricing/packaging strategy.
• Support sales, pre-sales,



and channel partners with product positioning, demos, RFP responses, and partner enablement/certification content.
• Engage directly with customers — bank CEOs, IT heads, and operations teams — to gather feedback, validate priorities, and build reference sites.
• Define and track product KPIs: adoption, release quality, implementation timelines, support ticket trends, and revenue contribution. Required Experience & Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall experience in the BFSI technology domain.
• Minimum 5–6 years in product management of a Lending Solution / Core Banking Solution (or closely comparable banking platform) with a software product company serving the BFSI industry — this is a must-have;
• candidates from pure implementation/services or banking operations backgrounds without product-company PM experience will not be a fit.
• Strong functional knowledge of core banking operations and accounting, including day-end/period-end processing, interest computation, and regulatory reporting.
• Demonstrated experience shipping regulatory/compliance-driven releases under fixed deadlines.
• Ability to write transparent product documentation (PRDs, functional specs, release notes) and to work hands-on with engineering teams in agile delivery.
• Willingness to travel to customer and partner locations in India as needed. Preferred / Added Advantages
• Direct experience with products serving co-operative banks or co-operative credit societies, and familiarity with their governance, audit, and procurement processes.
• Exposure to NABARD/RBI-driven standardisation and computerisation initiatives in the co-operative sector.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS delivery models for banking software and multi-entity/multi-branch architectures.
• Working knowledge of regional-language requirements common in the co-operative segment.
