– High School Coordinator (Science Background) Organization: Presidency School, Nandini Layout, Bangalore Position: High School Coordinator – Science Background Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary Presidency School, Nandini Layout, is looking for a dynamic and experienced High School Coordinator with a strong background in Science to oversee academic activities, coordinate with teachers, and ensure effective curriculum delivery for high school students.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor academic activities for high school classes.
• Ensure effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum and timely completion of the syllabus.
• Guide, mentor, and support teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.
• Monitor lesson plans, classroom teaching, assessments, and examination schedules.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Track students’ academic performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, students, and parents on academic matters.
• Organize academic meetings, teacher development programmes,



and subject-related activities.
• Maintain academic records and prepare regular progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, academic standards, and schedules. Eligibility Criteria
• Postgraduate degree in Science (M.
Sc. preferred) with B.
Ed.
• Robust academic background in Science, preferably with high school teaching experience.
• Prior experience as a High School Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, Head of Department, or Senior Science Teacher is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the ICSE curriculum and academic planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teachers and maintain high academic standards. Experience Relevant experience in high school teaching and academic coordination.
