Investabl is a prop trading platform. Traders pay a small fee, trade an evaluation account, and if they pass, they get a funded account and keep a share of the profits. We are a small, fast team with founders from Goldman Sachs, McKinsey and Y Combinator, building a fairer prop firm for retail traders.

About the role
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to own trader acquisition across the Middle East, Europe and the UK. You'll find the creators and affiliates who move traders in these markets, bring them onto our platform, and get them live and producing. This role suits someone who already lives inside the trading and crypto communities of these regions and knows exactly who has real influence.

What you'll do
• Own trader acquisition in the Middle East, Europe and the UK. You're responsible for growing our trader base across these markets, from building the pipeline to delivering results.
• Source and screen creators and affiliates. Find and qualify creators, affiliates and community leaders on YouTube, Telegram, X and Instagram. Real audiences and real engagement, not vanity metrics.
• Onboard partners and get them live. Take partners from first conversation through onboarding to going live,



and support them so they keep delivering. What we're looking for You're already embedded in the trading and crypto communities of the Middle East, Europe or the UK. Typical backgrounds:
• Former affiliate or affiliate manager
• Community admin or moderator (Telegram, Discord or similar)
• Operator in the prop trading niche Plus: an existing network of creators and community leaders in these regions, a results-driven mindset, comfort working independently, and excellent English. Arabic or another European language is a robust plus.
