Role Description This is a full time Fresher role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office work with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting routine office operations, assisting senior team members with basic administrative and coordination tasks, and maintaining records or documentation as required. The role involves learning organizational processes, participating in team meetings, following standard procedures,



and completing assigned tasks within timelines. The Fresher will also be expected to communicate clearly, follow instructions, ask questions when needed, and gradually take on more responsibility as skills and confidence grow. Qualifications
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages, both in writing and speaking.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and accept feedback in a professional setting.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well with diverse team members.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
