Role Description The Software Implementation Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding customers through the deployment and configuration of SecureGen’s platform. Day-to-day tasks include gathering implementation requirements, setting up environments, integrating the platform with existing systems, and validating that solutions meet client needs and regulatory expectations. The specialist will provide technical support during onboarding, troubleshoot implementation issues, and document configuration steps and best practices. This role also involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback, improving implementation processes and user experience.



Regular communication with client stakeholders is expected to ensure projects are delivered on time and that users are trained and supported throughout the implementation lifecycle. Required Technical Skills
• Strong Linux fundamentals and command-line proficiency.
• Experience with AWS.
• Understanding of application deployment, logging, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SVN, Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of application security, multi-factor authentication using Duo, Ping Identity, Etc. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Software Implementation skills, including configuring, deploying, and integrating software solutions in customer environments.
• Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, resolve configuration problems, and guide users through technical challenges.
• Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to understand complex requirements, interpret regulatory and technical constraints, and translate them into effective implementation plans.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with clients, documenting processes, and working with internal cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience with secure or cloud-based platforms, data management systems, or healthcare/life sciences software is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving customer and regulatory needs.
