RITWA is an upcoming premium café built around the philosophy of “Where Every Season Has a Story.” We bring together specialty coffee, contemporary Continental cuisine, Pan-Asian flavours, and artisanal bakery experiences in a thoughtfully designed space. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Continental Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team and help build a high-quality kitchen operation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Continental kitchen section, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
* Prepare and execute Continental dishes, including pasta, risotto, grilled items, sandwiches, salads, burgers, and other contemporary café offerings.
* Follow standardized recipes, portion controls, plating guidelines, and kitchen SOPs.
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and FIFO practices.
* Monitor stock levels, minimize food wastage, and coordinate with the store team for ingredient requirements.
* Assist in menu development, recipe standardization, food trials, and costing.




* Ensure mise en place is completed before service and maintain smooth coordination with other kitchen sections.
* Train and guide Commis Chefs while maintaining discipline and efficiency in the kitchen.
* Support the Head Chef in maintaining operational standards and introducing new dishes. Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in Continental cuisine, preferably in premium cafés, boutique restaurants, or upscale hotels.
* Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques, sauces, stocks, pasta, grilling, and plating.
* Experience in recipe standardization, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
* A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, innovate, and grow with a new hospitality brand.
