About LEDSAK.ai LEDSAK.ai is an AI Customer Success Platform built for clinics and healthcare businesses in India and the UAE. We help clinics capture every lead, follow up automatically, and turn patients into repeat customers, going well beyond a traditional CRM. The role You will be the first conversation clinics have with LEDSAK. You will prospect clinic owners, doctors and practice managers, run outbound across calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn, qualify interest, and book demos for our closing team. This is an in office role at our New Delhi office. What you will do
• Prospect and research clinics, hospitals and healthcare SMEs (dermatology, dental, aesthetics, IVF, multi-specialty)
• Make 60-80 outbound calls a day and run multi-touch sequences on WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and engage decision makers
• Qualify leads on need, budget, decision maker and timeline; book demos for Account Executives
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and nurture them to a booked meeting
• Log every activity in CRM and keep the pipeline clean




• Hit weekly targets on calls, conversations, meetings booked and qualified opportunities What we are looking for
• 1-3 years of B2B inside sales, SDR, BD or lead generation experience
• Experience selling to clinics, hospitals, doctors, pharma, medical devices or healthcare SaaS
• Clear, confident spoken English and Hindi; comfortable cold calling doctors and clinic owners
• Hands-on with any CRM; LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plus
• Target-driven, with numbers to show for it (calls, meetings booked, quota attainment)
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to work from our Delhi office What you get
