Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ and Billing Customize and enhance Revenue Cloud functionalities using Apex Lightning Components LWC and Flows Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with third party applications and external systems Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions Perform data migration validation and automation to support revenue operations Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ rules pricing discounting and invoicing Maintain best practices in Salesforce development security and deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue processes and reporting Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ Configure Price Quote and Billing Proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Flows and Process Builder Experience in Sales cloud Service cloud and Experience cloud Experience with Revenue Cloud data modelling and pricing structures Knowledge of API integrations RESTSOAP web services and middleware tools Familiarity with automation tools like Approval Processes Workflows and Scheduled Jobs Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
