Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ASM / Sales Engineer role based in Vasai. The role involves generating and managing sales for industrial inkjet printers, batch coding machines, and related solutions within the western region, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing opportunities. The ASM / Sales Engineer will conduct product demonstrations, provide technical consultations, and collaborate with customers to understand their coding and marking requirements.



Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and project execution, and providing after-sales technical support in coordination with service engineers. The role also requires maintaining solid customer relationships, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and submitting regular sales reports and forecasts to support strategic planning. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Engineering skills, with experience in industrial equipment or technical products preferred.
• Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Customer Service skills, including troubleshooting, solution-based consultation, and on-site client interaction.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for presentations, customer meetings, and internal coordination.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or a business degree with technical sales experience are beneficial.
• Experience in coding, marking, printing, or packaging machinery, knowledge of regional industrial markets, a valid willingness to travel within the western region, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are advantageous.
