Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an AR & AP Specialist with QuickBooks experience, working in a US shift. The role involves managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including accurate invoicing, payment posting, vendor bill processing, and reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts within QuickBooks. The specialist will monitor outstanding receivables, coordinate debt collection activities, follow up with customers and internal teams, and ensure timely payments and cash flow management. Daily tasks also include reviewing financial data for discrepancies, preparing basic financial reports, supporting month-end closing activities,



and maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. The role requires regular communication with US-based clients and stakeholders, ensuring professional, clear, and timely responses to finance-related queries. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support decision-making.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance, including AR/AP processes, bookkeeping principles, and basic accounting standards.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams, including US-based stakeholders.
• Experience in Debt Collection, including follow-ups on overdue invoices and negotiation of payment arrangements.
• Hands-on Invoicing experience, including generation, verification, and posting of invoices and credit notes.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software for daily transaction processing and reporting.
• Ability to work in US shift hours and perform effectively in a fast-paced logistics and freight-forwarding environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in handling financial records and deadlines.
• Preferred: Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry; commerce or finance-related academic background.
