Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Noida. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers, present products and services, and guide customers through the sales process. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, explaining offerings clearly, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s systems. The role involves meeting individual and team sales targets, following up on leads, and supporting promotional campaigns as needed.



The Sales Associate will collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain products and services clearly to diverse customers.
• Customer service abilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional and respectful manner.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, with an understanding of the sales cycle and comfort working toward targets.
• Competence in using computers and common office software; familiarity with CRM or call management tools is an advantage.
