Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager/Business Analyst role based in Jaipur. The person in this role will lead and coordinate data and AI projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes and workflows, and tracking project progress to address risks and dependencies. The role will also involve optimizing project execution, supporting expediting and logistics activities where needed, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management practices and reporting. Qualifications
• Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Expediting and Expeditor experience to ensure timely delivery of project tasks, resources, and materials.
• Inspection skills to verify deliverables meet defined quality, compliance,



and performance standards.
• Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate movement of information, resources, and project assets.
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills for requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
• Experience working in data, analytics, or technology-driven projects is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, CBAP) are an advantage. Key responsibilities
• Conduct requirement discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Review existing applications and identify practical improvements.




• Use LLMs and AI-assisted prototyping tools to create interactive prototypes for requirement validation.
• Validate generated outputs against business needs and document assumptions.
• Clarify requirements with developers and QA engineers.
• Coordinate estimates, sprint plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track risks, issues, scope changes, and delivery commitments.
• Communicate status and escalate blockers with proposed actions.
• Coordinate demonstrations, UAT, and business acceptance. Required skills
• Proposed experience of 3–5 years in software business analysis, project coordination, or a hybrid PM/BA role.
• Experience supporting software projects from requirements through release.
• Strong requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Jira, Confluence, Excel, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to understand application workflows, APIs, and technical dependencies.
• Ability to use an LLM to create a demonstrable prototype and critically review the output.
• Solid client communication, organisation, and follow-through. Preferred skills
• Client-facing IT services or custom software delivery experience.
• Exposure to international clients and multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with wireframing, process mapping, and usability principles.
• Scrum or business analysis certification is useful but not mandatory.
