Experience:
5–12 years Locations: Mumbai | Chennai | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Indore | Ahmedabad Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Teradata Customer Interaction Management (CIM) Developer with strong hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting customer interaction and campaign management solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Teradata CIM, Teradata Database, SQL, data warehousing, and customer/campaign data management, along with experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets. Mandatory Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Teradata Customer Interaction Management (CIM).
• Strong Teradata SQL development skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining customer interaction/campaign management solutions.
• Strong understanding of Teradata Database concepts and architecture.
• Experience working with customer segmentation, campaign workflows, selection criteria, and interaction data.
• Solid knowledge of data warehousing and relational database concepts.
• Experience with ETL/data integration and large-volume data processing.
• Ability to develop and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Experience in performance tuning and query optimization.




• Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions using Teradata CIM.
• Develop customer segmentation and campaign-related workflows based on business requirements.
• Develop and optimize complex Teradata SQL queries.
• Work with customer, campaign, interaction, and enterprise data to support business-driven use cases.
• Integrate CIM solutions with upstream and downstream data systems.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Analyze and resolve application, data, and performance-related issues.
• Optimize SQL queries and data-processing workflows for performance and scalability.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and production-support activities.
• Work closely with business analysts, data teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow established coding and development standards. Good to Have
• Experience with Teradata utilities and ecosystem tools.
• Knowledge of BTEQ and Teradata data-loading/utilities.
• Exposure to ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter.
• Understanding of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
• Experience with Git or other version-control systems.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
