We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across one or more SuccessFactors modules and have experience gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, conducting workshops, and supporting end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Conduct workshops with HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and business stakeholders.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.
• Support full project lifecycle activities including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Work with technical teams on integrations and data migration activities.
• Ensure adherence to SAP SuccessFactors best practices. Required Experience
• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.




• Experience supporting production environments and enhancement projects.
• Robust understanding of HR business processes and talent management.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and HR teams.
