Velric is an AI-powered talent platform that measures skills through proof-of-work missions, and Velric Managed Talent places full time talent with client companies at a single monthly price per seat. This role runs the searches behind both. Most of the searches are technical. Some are not, and a few are for senior leaders, where a credible Talent Acquisition voice matters. Compensation: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month. What you own
• Client searches from brief to shortlist. Most are engineering roles, plus other client roles as they come.
• Sourcing, outreach and screening. You find people, reach out and decide who is worth a client's time.
• Senior leader outreach on behalf of our CEO. For senior hires, the first message comes from Talent Acquisition, written and followed up by you.
• Candidate follow-through. Interview scheduling, feedback, chasing replies and keeping every candidate informed until the search closes.




• Delivery to the client. Shortlists and updates that are specific, on time and honest about where a search stands.
• The tracker. Every candidate and every next step, current. You
• You have recruited technical roles and screen on evidence, such as work samples, projects and Velric assessment results, not keywords alone.
• You have also hired outside engineering, or can explain how you would approach it.
• You write outreach people actually answer.
• You follow through without being chased. A search does not go quiet on your watch.
• You know when to bring in a hiring manager or specialist to validate a candidate's skills. Not a fit Anyone who only wants to source and hand off. Anyone looking to manage a team. This is a hands-on role.
