Role Description This is a full-time, in office Key Account Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key corporate and institutional clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and claims-related issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include coordinating with internal operations and claims teams, monitoring service levels,



preparing regular performance and business review reports, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. The role also includes supporting business planning, participating in client meetings, handling escalations, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience and retention. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, with experience handling high-value or strategic clients.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to interpret data, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Relevant experience in health insurance, TPAs, or healthcare services will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
