Role Description The Student Accommodation Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for guiding students through the process of finding and securing suitable housing in global study destinations. On a day-to-day basis, the Advisor communicates with students and families to understand their accommodation needs, explains different housing options, and supports them with booking procedures and documentation. The role involves coordinating with property partners and landlords, verifying accommodation details, and ensuring that listings are accurate, safe,



and student-friendly. The Advisor responds to inquiries via calls, emails, and messaging platforms, provides timely updates, and helps resolve any accommodation-related issues before and after move-in. The position also includes maintaining records in the internal systems, collaborating with admissions and career services teams, and contributing to a student-focused, transparent service experience. Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse students and families.
• Experience or formal training in student counseling, academic advising, or education-related support services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explicit presentation of housing options and policies.
• Customer service skills with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and timely resolution of student queries.
• Understanding of international education processes, study abroad pathways, or student housing markets is an advantage.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or database systems, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
