Fresher or up to 1 year Qualification: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Management, or a related field Language: Fluency in English is mandatory Job Summary A premium hospitality group in Surat is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservationist & Guest Relationship Executive to manage restaurant bookings and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle restaurant reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
• Plan table allocations and coordinate with restaurant teams.




• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Build positive guest relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Protect guest privacy and follow up on unresolved queries. Required Skills
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Robust customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online booking systems.
• A polite, professional, and guest-focused approach.
