Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for Non-IT roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Understand US work authorization, visa processes, and recruitment best practices.
• Manage multiple hiring requirements while meeting recruitment targets. What We're Looking For
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the US recruitment process, work authorization, and visa types is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
