Role Overview We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with prior US Federal Client recruitment experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US recruitment process, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions supporting US federal clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to screening, submission, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Recruit IT and technical professionals for US-based federal clients.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, client requirements, and eligibility criteria.




• Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation rates and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific recruitment guidelines, submission procedures, and hiring timelines.
• Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, federal client requirements, and recruitment best practices. Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in US IT recruitment and technical staffing.
• Prior experience recruiting for US Federal Clients is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices.
• Excellent sourcing, resume screening, candidate evaluation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and professional networking tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job requirements and meet tight submission deadlines.
• Familiarity with US time zones and the flexibility to coordinate with US-based clients and candidates.
