? We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Lead at Realtech Digital LLP (EarthZ Enterprise) Are you a data-driven marketer who knows how to turn ad spend into qualified real estate site visits and closures? We are looking for a hands-on, revenue-accountable expert to own our paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta and Google Ads for the Dubai and Indian property markets. ?

Location:
Gurgaon (In-person only) ? Type: Full-time ? Reports to: Co-Founder / Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize campaign architecture across Meta (Awareness, Traffic, Lead Gen, Conversions) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen). Define content pillars, direct creative concepts, and run a structured A/B testing program to prevent creative fatigue. Manage tracking infrastructure, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs, and CRM lead-source tracking. Monitor daily campaign performance, reallocate budgets dynamically, and optimize for CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

Collaborate tightly with CRM and sales teams to close attribution gaps and track lead-to-site-visit conversions. What You Bring: 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads accounts. Prior exposure to real estate, proptech, or high-ticket lead-generation categories (strongly preferred). Technical proficiency with data tools, spreadsheets, and ZOHO CRM platforms. Solid analytical and communication skills to present clear, data-backed performance dashboards and defend budget decisions. What Success Looks Like Here: You won't just be judged on clicks. True success in this role means achieving a consistent quarter-over-quarter reduction in CPL/CPA without sacrificing lead quality, building a scalable creative-testing system, and aligning tightly with sales so ad spend is measured by actual closures. Ready to scale high-intent buyer campaigns?
