Role Description This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Real Estate Consultant will meet and engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and present suitable property options from the company’s portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining project features and pricing, guiding clients through legal and financial aspects, and supporting them through the entire transaction process. The role involves maintaining updated knowledge of local real estate trends, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads to achieve sales targets.



The Consultant will also contribute to client training and education on property investments, compliance, and documentation where needed. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including local market trends, property types, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing transactions.
• Effective Negotiation abilities to facilitate fair and mutually beneficial deals between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in Training clients or team members on property-related processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Comfort with on-site client meetings, property visits, and flexible

working hours
as required by client schedules.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts related to real estate, such as loans, EMIs, and investment returns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in real estate consulting or sales.
