We are hiring an experienced Shopify Integration Specialist for an offshore, full-time opportunity supporting a client in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Shopify development, IFS ERP integration, eCommerce operations, and regulated medical device workflows. Position Details:

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Shopify storefronts, custom applications, and backend workflows.
• Architect and manage end-to-end integrations between Shopify and IFS ERP.
• Synchronize orders, inventory, pricing, shipments, and returns accurately between systems.
• Build and optimize REST API integrations, webhooks, and middleware workflows for real-time data exchange.
• Support medical device traceability requirements, including UDI, lot/serial tracking, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, quality, and IT teams to improve order processing and fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
• Support product launches, new sales channels,



and eCommerce enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures for audits and compliance.
• Monitor site performance, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs. Required

Skills:
• 8–15 years of experience in Shopify or Shopify Plus development and integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience integrating Shopify with IFS ERP, preferably IFS Cloud or IFS Applications 10.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, GraphQL, Liquid, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with order management, fulfillment, inventory synchronization, and returns processing.
• Understanding of medical device supply chains, product traceability, and regulated data handling.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, or similar.
• Solid integration troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Shopify Plus, custom app development, and theme customization.
• Knowledge of UDI requirements, FDA/ISO compliance, and medical device eCommerce operations.
• Experience with third-party logistics (3PL), Order Management Systems (OMS), or subscription-based order models.
• Knowledge of SEO, website performance optimization, and conversion best practices.
