Pune/Gurgaon Role Overview We are looking for experienced Digital Sculptors with strong expertise in automotive digital sculpting and Computer-Aided Styling (CAS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autodesk Alias, Sub-D and NURBS modelling, and the ability to translate automotive design sketches and concepts into high-quality digital surfaces, including production-ready and Class-A surfaces. Candidates must have relevant automotive Digital Sculpting/CAS experience and be willing to undergo a 4-hour technical tool test.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop automotive exterior and interior surfaces using Autodesk Alias and CAS modelling techniques.
- Create and refine digital models using Sub-D and NURBS modelling based on design requirements.
- Translate design sketches and concepts into accurate digital models while maintaining design intent.
- Ensure high surface quality, topology, continuity, and highlight flow.
- Perform surface evaluation and support Class-A surface quality standards.
- Collaborate with automotive designers, CAS/Class-A teams, and project stakeholders.
- Incorporate design feedback and deliver high-quality models within project timelines.




- Participate in design reviews and resolve modelling and surface-quality issues.
- Support production feasibility and ensure models meet automotive design requirements. Required Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in Digital Sculpting, Automotive CAS, or automotive digital modelling.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Alias, including Sub-D and NURBS modelling.
- Automotive Digital Sculpting/CAS experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of automotive exterior/interior surfacing and digital modelling.
- Knowledge of Class-A surface quality, surface continuity, topology, and highlight flow.
- Ability to interpret automotive design intent and independently develop accurate digital surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to complete a 4-hour technical tool test. Preferred Skills
- Experience working on global automotive OEM or automotive design projects.
- Exposure to Class-A modelling and production feasibility.
- Experience collaborating with automotive design, CAS, and surface engineering teams.
- A robust portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant Alias Digital Sculpting/CAS work.
