• The Cyber Security Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for leading and managing the customer's cybersecurity posture across systems, networks, and applications.
• This role involves overseeing security operations, monitoring threats, coordinating incident response, and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and best practices.
• Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk and vulnerability assessments, defining and implementing security policies, guiding SOC/NOC activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to remediate security issues.
• The Cyber Security Manager will also mentor and support security analysts, evaluate new security tools and technologies, prepare regular security reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of SysTools’ managed cybersecurity services. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide security frameworks.




• Candidates should possess skills in Network Security, including securing network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and monitoring network traffic for threats.
• Candidates should possess skills in Application Security, focusing on secure software development practices, code review, and protection of web and cloud applications.
• Candidates should possess skills in Vulnerability Assessment, including scanning, risk prioritization, remediation planning, and reporting on security findings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP are highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in managing SOC operations, incident response, and security governance in a medium to large IT environment.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, work effectively on-site in Pune City, and collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
