What you'll do
• Own support on Intercom: answer tickets fast, resolve issues and keep response times tight
• Run and grow our Discord: daily engagement, events, announcements and moderation
• Handle the tough conversations (breaches, payouts, rule questions) with clarity and empathy
• Turn trader feedback into insights for the product team
• Build FAQs, macros and playbooks so support scales as we grow What we're looking for
• 1 to 2 years at a prop firm, broker or CFD/forex platform (strongly preferred)
• You know how traders think: drawdowns, payouts, evaluations,



platforms
• Hands-on with Intercom (or Zendesk/Freshdesk) and Discord
• Excellent written English; a second language is a plus
