One of our B2C Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a hungry, agile Head of Partnershpis to join the business and drive all commercial activity with their upstream and downstream partners. Responsibilities
• Manage a team of 20+ across commercial and operations
• Own all key-account revenue targets and commercial activity
• Manage long-tail relationships with the 75 biggest lenders in India
• Own all operations for the downstream the partner ecosystem including reporting, verifications, and collections
• Own sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels and reporting dashboards for this vertical Qualifications
• At least 7 to 10 years of sales experience is preferred
• Prior experience owning banking and lender relationships is critical
• Prior experience managing a large team across commercial and ops
• Technology or Start-up experience would be an advantage
