- The Outbound Shift Incharge is responsible for managing and controlling all outbound warehouse activities during the assigned shift, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective dispatch of apparel products to stores, distributors, e-commerce hubs, and customers. The role ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), inventory accuracy, workforce productivity, safety standards, and operational KPIs.
