Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities as per production schedules.

- Manage the manufacturing and assembly of automation equipment, machines, and control systems.

- Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining quality standards.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and assembly drawings.

- Coordinate with design, electrical, mechanical, and quality teams to resolve production issues.

- Monitor machine assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning activities, as applicable.

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and machinery.

- Maintain production reports, work orders, material consumption records, and other documentation.

- Follow safety standards, 5S practices, and company quality procedures.

- Coordinate with the purchase and stores departments to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.
