Description
The Relationship Manager‑Banca will be the key liaison between USGI Legal Entity’s Bancassurance department and partner bank branches. You will generate insurance business by activating new branches, promoting Health, Personal Accident and Fire policies, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met while fostering strong, cooperative relationships with branch managers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff.
- Identify and onboard new bank branches for bancassurance distribution.
- Promote and sell Health, Personal Accident, and Fire insurance products.
- Develop branch‑specific sales plans and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conduct training sessions and product workshops for branch personnel.
- Monitor branch performance, provide coaching, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.
- Implement promotional campaigns and cross‑selling initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in bancassurance or relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving insurance sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Health, Personal Accident, and Fire insurance products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and train bank staff.
- Proficiency with CRM and MS Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus.
