Job Description:

Position: General Manager - Project

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 15 - 25 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:

- Lead project execution from conceptualization, feasibility studies, and budgeting through commissioning and final handover.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, CAPEX budgets, resource allocation plans, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA, EHS, Procurement, Utilities, Validation, contractors, and external consultants.
- Manage design reviews, plant layout finalization, equipment selection, and technical evaluations.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, quality, and resource utilization to achieve project objectives.
- Supervise contractors, site activities, construction work, and safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, statutory regulations, and applicable quality standards.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Maintain project documentation, change control records, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead commissioning, qualification, performance verification, and final project handover activities.
- Identify project risks,



resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
