At National Oilwell Varco (NOV), we are looking for passionate full-stack engineers who enjoy building scalable, high-performance systems that power critical operations. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to developing reliable and efficient backend solutions that support cutting-edge digital products used across the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET Core (C#) and Angular.
- Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with Angular frontend.
- Implement business logic using SQL (queries, indexing, stored procedures, schema design).
- Develop rich, responsive UIs with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, CSS/SCSS, and Bootstrap.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and optimal performance across devices.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and design teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices,



and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

- Overall 4 to 7 years of experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core (C#) backend development.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL (database design, optimization, indexing, stored procedures).
- Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx for state management.
- Strong frontend development skills with CSS/SCSS, Bootstrap, Flex/Grid layouts.
- Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs with frontend.
- Familiarity with API and message-contract versioning and backward compatibility.
- Familiarity with real-time data ingestion and bidirectional communication patterns.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean code, and debugging techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
