About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Secondary Sales Executive to support the growth of our residential property resale business. The role involves working with buyers, sellers, brokers and channel partners to generate leads, coordinate property visits, manage sales follow-ups and support successful transaction closures.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of real estate sales, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

- Generate and follow up on leads from buyers and sellers interested in residential resale properties.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets and property preferences to identify suitable options.
- Coordinate property visits and follow up with prospective customers to move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and transaction closures.

Broker & Channel Partner Coordination

- Build and maintain relationships with local brokers, channel partners and property consultants.
- Source qualified buyer and seller leads through broker networks.
- Regularly follow up with partners to improve lead flow and support sales conversions.

Customer Relationship Management

- Communicate with buyers and sellers to understand their requirements and address basic queries.
- Coordinate negotiations, property visits and follow-ups between customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process and ensure a smooth transaction experience.

Market Research & Business Development

- Stay updated on local property prices, residential projects and market trends in Noida.
- Identify potential resale opportunities and new customer acquisition channels.




- Support the team in identifying promising locations and expanding the property inventory.

Sales Operations & Reporting

- Maintain accurate lead details, customer interactions and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Track lead status, property visits, customer feedback and sales progress.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Follow company processes and compliance requirements during customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Around 1 year of experience in real estate sales, property resale, channel sales or a related sales role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of residential real estate and property transactions.
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to build relationships with brokers, channel partners and prospective customers.
- Comfortable with sales targets, regular follow-ups and field visits as required.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel and sales reporting is an advantage.

- Qualified leads generated and followed up.

- Number of successful resale transactions supported or closed.
