We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Support Engineer to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our Salesforce platform. ? Role: Salesforce Support Engineer

What You'll Do

? Provide day-to-daySalesforce administration and APAC partner support, including user access, data fixes, configuration changes, and troubleshooting

?️ Build and maintainZapier integrations and FormAssembly forms, including Salesforce connectors, webhooks, data flows, and third-party integrations

? Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, security, and data management

? Collaborate with regional operational teams and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize requests, support partner onboarding,



and deliver system enhancements

? Manage ticket queues, troubleshoot integration issues, test and deploy changes safely, and document configurations, fixes, integrations, and support processes or wider team use

What We're Looking For:

✅ Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, evaluate options, and make sound decisions

✅ Self-driven and proactive, with strongownership, prioritization, and workload managementskills

✅ Methodical and detail-oriented approach, particularly whenmanaging changes and configurations in live systems

✅ Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document solutions clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

✅ Quick learner with a collaborative mindset;Salesforce certification, integration/ETL experience, Marketing Cloud, SOQL/Apex, or Higher Education exposurewould be an added advantage
