Role Description The Sales Officer / Client Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This role focuses on identifying, approaching, and converting potential clients, as well as nurturing relationships with existing accounts to support long-term business growth. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, explaining service offerings, and preparing proposals and quotations.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations, tracking sales activities in CRM or reporting tools, and meeting defined sales and revenue targets. The position also requires maintaining high standards of customer service, collecting market feedback, and contributing to channel sales initiatives where relevant.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Lead generation and prospecting capabilities, including cold calling, networking,



and using digital tools to identify recent business opportunities.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present solutions, negotiate, and follow up effectively.
- Experience in sales operations and channel sales, including coordinating with partners, tracking pipelines, and supporting end-to-end sales processes.
- Basic understanding of marketing and marcom services, with the ability to align offerings to client needs.
- Goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in common office software and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development; a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
