Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Secunderābād. The position involves identifying and engaging potential customers in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, presenting product offerings, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities include developing and executing basic sales and marketing campaigns, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, and providing responsive customer service to maintain long-term relationships. The role also requires preparing sales reports,



collecting market and competitor insights, collaborating with internal teams to address client requirements, and representing the company at industry events or client meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive revenue growth and support promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver clear product demonstrations and user guidance.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in laboratory equipment, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors, is beneficial.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, meet sales targets, and manage time and territory efficiently.
- Basic understanding of laboratory or analytical equipment and a willingness to learn technical product details.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field is preferred.
