Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers who initiated cab bookings but did not complete their transactions.
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp to understand their concerns.
- Convert abandoned bookings into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Address customer queries related to pricing, availability, and booking details.
- Maintain follow-up records and track conversion performance.
- Achieve daily and monthly booking conversion targets.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.




- Solid customer follow-up and sales conversion abilities.
- Comfortable handling outbound calls and customer interactions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support preferred.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and target-oriented.
