Job Summary A premium hospitality group in Surat is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservationist & Guest Relationship Executive to manage restaurant bookings and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle restaurant reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
- Plan table allocations and coordinate with restaurant teams.




- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Build positive guest relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Protect guest privacy and follow up on unresolved queries.
