Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kolkata.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by understanding their financial goals, recommending suitable products and services, and providing ongoing advisory support. Daily activities include client onboarding, conducting regular portfolio reviews, monitoring market developments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of transactions and high-quality service delivery. The role involves generating new business through referrals and outreach, maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, and adhering to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

The Relationship

Manager will also prepare and present reports,



maintain accurate client records, and contribute to branch and organizational growth targets.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and advisory skills: ability to understand client needs, build trust, and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Sales and business development skills: experience in cross-selling, up-selling, and achieving revenue or AUM targets in financial services.
- Financial markets and product knowledge: familiarity with equity, mutual funds, wealth management products, and retail broking operations.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities..
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., NISM, NCFM) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in relationship management, wealth management, or retail broking is preferred; proficiency with basic office and CRM tools is beneficial.
