Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Telangana, India. The Receptionist will greet clients and their pets, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a welcoming, organized front desk environment. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, updating client records, and handling inquiries about hospital services.

The role also involves coordinating with veterinarians and technical staff, processing payments,



managing basic clerical tasks such as filing and data entry, and maintaining confidentiality of client information. The Receptionist will support a smooth client experience, particularly during busy and emergency periods, while upholding the hospital’s standards of compassionate service.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and front desk operations.
- Basic clerical skills such as data entry, record keeping, filing, and handling payments.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, emergency-focused environment.
- Comfort working around animals and empathy for clients and their pets.
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software; prior experience in a medical or veterinary setting is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial.
